ROWER SUPPORT

If you can't find the help you are looking for, please contact us, our technical support team will be happy to help.

ROWER MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING

We recommend that you regularly inspect your rower and perform maintenance procedures such as lubricating and tightening moving parts and connections.

We also advice that you keep your rower at room temperature, away from moisture and dust, and that you wipe any perspiration from the rower after each use.

CONSOLE SCREEN DISPLAY

A loose connection can result in the console not displaying distance, speed, or calories, or showing no display at all. Check all connections in the front post stem to ensure the wires are connected and intact. If the problem persists, please contact us.

ROWER CORD

If the rower cord is not retracting back into the machine and feels limp, this could be caused by a faulty recoil spring, please contact us if you have this problem.

DRIVE BELT

If the drive belt comes off the pulleys, your rower may make a loud bang and appear to have no resistance. The outer cover can be removed in order to investigate. If the belt is still intact it should be easy to place back on the correct path. If the belt has snapped or for further advice, please contact us.

The strap will connect and transmit heart rate data to your machine automatically

USING A

HEART RATE CHEST STRAP

1.

Moisten the electrode areas of the strap

2.

Attach the connector to the strap

3.

Tie the strap around your chest just below the chest muscles, adjusting the length as needed - The fit should be tight but comfortable

4.

Check that the moist electrode areas are firmly against your skin and that the adidas logo is in a central and upright position

5.

6.

After every workout detach the connector from the strap and rinse the strap under running water. Sweat and moisture may keep the heart rate sensor activated, so it’s important to dry the strap thoroughly.
